We don’t work with just any farm — only those that meet the highest standards in organic regenerative growing are accepted into our network. Every farm is vetted and tested for soil fertility, pesticide residue, heavy-metal concentrations and produce nutrient profile, ensuring only the best foods reach our customers. Third-party lab analysis of crops and full traceability reports are required before any farm is accepted into our network.

We favor farms that adhere to strict regenerative practices, such as cover cropping, crop rotation, reduced or no tilling, composting, agroforestry, livestock integration for natural fertilization and polyculture systems.
